Matt has spent 30+ years leading family owned and operated manufacturing, industrial, and service businesses — from $5M to $100M+ — through growth, distressed turnaround, and transition, as a CEO, COO, and President. A Davidson College graduate and Dallas Theological Seminary alumnus, he's also spent 20 years serving as a lay pastor.
