Matt has spent 30+ years leading family owned and operated manufacturing, industrial, and service businesses — from $5M to $100M+ — through growth, distressed turnaround, and transition, as a CEO, COO, and President. A Davidson College graduate and Dallas Theological Seminary alumnus, he's also spent 20 years serving as a lay pastor. He's watched businesses and ministries run well by people who called themselves followers of Christ — and run into the ground by people who said the exact same thing. Proclamation alone was never the differentiator. Married 36 years, father of three, grandfather of eight, and an occasional hobby farmer.
