When I look back at my journey with Kingdom Factor, the word that keeps coming to mind is blessing. I didn’t fully understand what I was stepping into when I first joined—but I knew, deep down, that I needed to be there.
And I’m so grateful I listened to that prompting.
From a personal and spiritual standpoint, Kingdom Factor has been phenomenal.
Every single time we gather, I walk away encouraged. The wisdom that is brought to the table each month—through shared experiences, honest conversations, and prayer—has strengthened me in ways I didn’t even realize I needed at the time.
What’s been especially meaningful are the people. The relationships I’ve built, the trust that’s formed, and the faith-filled environment have played a huge role in my growth—not just as a business owner, but as a follower of Christ.
My commitment to Christ has deepened through this journey. Kingdom Factor has helped keep my heart centered on Him, even as my responsibilities, opportunities, and challenges have grown.
From a business perspective, Kingdom Factor has been incredibly practical.
I’ve been able to come to the roundtable with serious, real-life questions—especially around growth. Questions about processes. Questions about scaling. Questions about leadership.
But more than anything, I’ve wrestled openly with how to handle God’s people well—how to lead with integrity, grace, wisdom, and truth, not just efficiency or results. Those conversations have been invaluable.
And honestly, some unexpected blessings came along too. I’ve built meaningful business relationships and even gained business opportunities that were never planned or forced. They flowed naturally out of shared values and trust.
That has been a true blessing—not just for my organization, but for me personally.
When I first joined Kingdom Factor, I didn’t fully know what it was. I just knew I needed to be part of it.
Now, I can clearly see how it has helped keep me Christ-centered through every season—from starting my business, to navigating growth, to handling change and responsibility.
In the midst of expansion and decision-making, it’s easy to drift. Kingdom Factor has helped anchor me—reminding me that when Christ remains the focus, everything else falls into its proper place.
If someone is evaluating Kingdom Factor for themselves, my encouragement is simple and wholehearted:
Get on board. Join. Don’t hesitate.
The personal growth. The business growth. The spiritual grounding. The community. The Christ-centered perspective—it all matters more than you realize at the beginning.
When you’re Christ-focused and Christ-centered, amazing things can happen—in your life, in your leadership, and in your business.
Kingdom Factor has been that for me. And I’m deeply thankful for it.
