When I think about Kingdom Factor, the best way I can describe it is this:
it’s a feeling I can’t escape anymore—and one I don’t want to.
It’s the kind of longing you develop once you’ve experienced something real. Something honest. Something Spirit-led. Once you’ve had it, you don’t want to go back to doing life or leadership alone.
Kingdom Factor has helped me grow personally and spiritually in more ways than I could probably even recall. But the fruit of that growth shows up clearly in my life.
I’m a better business leader.
I’m a better husband.
I’m a better worship leader at my church.
And that’s not because I learned a new formula or adopted a clever strategy. It’s because I’ve been consistently shaped by conviction, counsel, and community.
There is something incredibly powerful about being in a room where you can both receive counsel and offer counsel—led by the Holy Spirit—alongside people you respect deeply and trust implicitly. I’ve never experienced that level of trust, depth, and consistency anywhere else.
Not at this level.
Not in this capacity.
Not with this kind of ongoing rhythm.
Running your own business can be isolating. You’re constantly making decisions, solving problems, carrying responsibility—and it’s easy to drift if you’re not anchored.
Kingdom Factor has grounded me.
It has helped me stay rooted in biblical truth and consistent in how I approach leadership—not from a worldly point of view, but from God’s perspective.
Because of Kingdom Factor, I’ve become:
More patient
More kind
More understanding
More open-minded—not to compromise truth, but to better understand the person God has made me to be
That growth didn’t happen in isolation. It happened by seeing what God is doing in others—and by allowing others to lovingly point out areas where I can grow, mature, and even step into helping others more effectively.
Leadership, for me, has become less about control and more about stewardship.
Like most people in Kingdom Factor, I have a lot on my plate.
I’m constantly on the go—serving my business, my family, my church, my community, my friends. And in the middle of all that motion, Kingdom Factor has become one of the few places where I get to pause.
That pause is sacred.
It’s time to reflect.
Time to listen.
Time to be challenged.
Time to be encouraged.
And sometimes, unexpectedly, it’s time to realize that God wants to use me to speak into someone else’s life in ways I didn’t anticipate.
Those moments—those intangible, Spirit-led interactions—have been some of the most impactful parts of my journey.
If you’re even considering Kingdom Factor, I believe that matters.
That curiosity?
That nudge?
That sense of “maybe I should look into this”?
I don’t believe that’s coincidence or accident.
I believe when God plants a seed of curiosity, it’s often because He’s preparing you for growth—in Him, through Him, by Him, and for Him.
If God has placed Kingdom Factor on your heart, I would encourage you to take that seriously and follow through. Opportunities like this don’t show up randomly. They show up when we’re ready.
And I can say this without hesitation: you won’t be disappointed.
How could you be, when you’re stepping into something where God is clearly present—evident not only in what He does within you, but in what you see reflected through the lives of the people you’ll walk alongside?
Kingdom Factor has become a deeply positive part of my life. Some of its impact is visible. Some of it is subtle. Some of it is impossible to quantify.
But I know this: it has changed how I lead, how I listen, how I worship, how I love, and how I see myself in God’s story.
And that—more than any tactic, takeaway, or technique—is what keeps me coming back.
Kingdom Factor gave me space to pause.
It gave me people to walk with.
And it gave me a deeper hunger for who God is calling me to become.
For that, I’m incredibly grateful.
