If you had asked me a few years ago whether I needed something like Kingdom Factor, I probably would have hesitated.
Not because I didn’t believe in growth. Not because I didn’t care about my faith. But because—like many leaders—I thought I was supposed to have it together. I was operating in the marketplace, doing my best to lead with a Kingdom mindset, and honestly, I felt like I was out there on my own.
What Kingdom Factor gave me changed that completely.
From a personal and spiritual standpoint, Kingdom Factor has been exactly what I didn’t know I was missing.
It’s a raw, unfiltered room full of believers who are genuinely committed to moving the Kingdom forward. There’s no posturing. No pretending. No pressure to have the “right” answer ready.
You can ask anything. You can bring any issue to the table.
And what surprised me most is how often I discovered that others were wrestling with the same things I was. Sometimes even more powerful than that, I’d hear someone else ask a question I hadn’t even thought to ask—and the answers being discussed would speak directly into my own life.
That’s the kind of environment where real spiritual growth happens. Not in isolation. Not in performance. But in honest, Christ-centered community.
Before Kingdom Factor, I felt like I was in the deep end of the pool—trying to navigate the marketplace with a Kingdom mindset and wondering if anyone else was really doing the same thing.
It can feel lonely out there.
Leadership doesn’t always come with a built-in support system, especially when you’re trying to lead with conviction, integrity, and faith in environments that don’t always value those things.
Kingdom Factor changed that for me.
All of a sudden, I was surrounded by people who shared the same philosophy. People who weren’t just talking about faith, but actively integrating it into their leadership and business decisions.
And beyond shared beliefs, I found something incredibly practical: wisdom I didn’t have.
There are talents, skills, perspectives, and experiences around that table that I simply don’t possess. And through open conversation, I’ve been able to learn from others—gleaning insight, strategy, and leadership wisdom that has directly impacted how I lead and how I operate in business.
Kingdom Factor hasn’t just encouraged me spiritually—it has sharpened me as a leader.
When you’re surrounded by leaders who are willing to speak honestly, challenge your thinking, and share what has worked (and what hasn’t), you grow faster and more wisely. I’ve been able to take what others have learned—sometimes the hard way—and apply it to my own leadership and business decisions.
It’s not theory. It’s real-world leadership, shaped by faith and tested by experience.
If I ran into someone today who was considering becoming a Kingdom Factor member, I wouldn’t give them a long sales pitch.
I’d say this:
Do not hesitate. Do not overthink it. Just show up.
That’s it.
I waited. I hesitated. I delayed for three or four months—and looking back, I realize I didn’t need to. God’s timing is better than ours. His orchestration is unbelievable.
When you step in, you often find yourself sitting in exactly the seat you needed to be in—at exactly the moment you needed to be there.
Kingdom Factor has been that for me: a place of alignment, community, growth, and clarity. And I’m convinced that if you’re even considering it, there’s probably a reason.
So don’t wait.
Just show up.
